Big Sumo Roll
Tempura shrimp, cucumbers,and Sumo sauce topped with five types of sashimi, fresh shrimp, avocado, spicy crab, green onions & sweet sauce
Description: The Big Sumo Roll isn’t the biggest roll I’ve had but it is a nice sized roll. It had some great flavors with the tempura shrimp, fresh shrimp, spicy crab and avocado.
New York Roll
Tempura shrimp, seaweed salad, salmon and red and black tobiko
Description: The New York Roll is tasty and refreshing. The lemon is a bit overpowering, so if your an intermediate this is a good roll for you. You do get some of the other flavors but the lemon is very strong. Paired with the crunchy shrimp and seaweed this is a great tasting roll.

Sushi Vampire Roll Description: This is a great tasting roll, I loved the baked spicy baby lobster tail. It has a warm rich flavor that leaves you craving more. Great Roll! Get it at Itto Sushi!

Snowflake/Snow Flake Roll Description: This is a nice tasting roll with some refreshing flavors. I enjoy fruit on a roll and the kiwi and lemon mix were very tasty. Good roll for intermediate or possibly beginners. There is some raw salmon, but mixed with everything else it creates a great flavor.

Green Globe Description: This is a beauty to behold. Tona Sushi in Ogden, Utah is not you typical half off roll sushi restaurant. They do everything a little different. It’s sushi with a flair. Not your typical roll or a roll at all. It’s a large ball of sushi grade tuna on a pedestal of crab salad. Then the outside is layered by thin slices of avocado. It’s topped with some nice orange and green tobiko on a plate with sauce and tomatoes. It’s a very interesting dish both visually and to the pallet. It’s just plain Yummy!

Jack Roll Description: This is a great tasting roll. It’s on Tona’s secret menu but is a nice mixture of crunch tempura shrimp and soft crab and tuna on the top. It’s got a bit of a kick too!

Saigon Roll Description: This is a nice tasting roll, not your normal maki type roll but the peanut, lime juice and chili sauce together make for a great flavor.
